I want to loose weight, but how?!


Question: I want to loose weight, but how!?
Hii I'm Tanielle I'm 14 years old and I'm very woried about my body!.
I'm 154cm, not very tall, actually quite small for my age!.
I'm just 50kg and my waist is 82cm!.
I have stretch marks on my thighs and bottom, also getting them on my calfs!.
People usually look at me and say I'm not that big and say I'm average!.
But when I wear a dress I get called stubby, cause my legs are big!.
I cant wear a tank top because I have really bad acne on my back, and I cant wear bikini because I have stetch marks on my hips!.
I really want this to be all over!.
I don't eat alot, I eat healthily and sometimes eat junk, but thats normal!. I excercise at least an hour everyday or sometimes every two days!.
I wear makeup (if that helps)
I play basketball and football at school and I love it!.
So I'm not a fat lazy bum that lays on the couch all day!.
Please help me, and please give me advise that can help me to be more happy with my body and help me loose weight!.

Ok, lets start with the stretch marks!. You cant get rid of them, but you can use coco butter which makes them more invisible!. Use it everyday!.
Do you stretch a lot!? If not, then do, cause that will help your legs to not look too bulky and big!.
Do not change your diet, it sounds really good to me!.

It is because of your height that you probably look a little chubby without being it!.

There are alot of cures for acne, but I think you could try and ask what would be best!. Dont be shy, alot of people have the same thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burn more calories than you eat!.
Concerning exercise, it's more beneficial to do interval training instead of long sessions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut down the junk and eat more raw veggies instead!.!.im happy you are active in games!.!.!.get into dance and martial arts too!.!.!.those legs of yours will tone down gradually!.!.!.god bless youWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all i agree with what the previous answer said
second you don`t need to loose weight at all you are actually the right weight for your height!.what you do need to do is improve your confidence and self esteem!.you could maybe see if there are any course in your area than can help you build up these things !.or you can try some self affirmation technics on your self!.i!.e!. when you get up in the morning look in the mirror and say 5 nice things about your self!.do this every day and then eventually you will start believing what you say!.i am also sure that you have some friends,just remember you must have something to offer or you would not have friends!.also i`m sure your family love you!? the fact that someone loves you means you also have the ability to love!.why not start with learning to love yourself,faults and all!.remember every one has faults as no one is perfect!.we are all human after all!.i`m sure the people you love also has faults however little but you still love them!.show yourself the same love and respect you show to other people after all you are someone too!.hope this helps!.
