well exercising is usually the best way to lose weight there are other ways!. If you build muscle strength your metabolism will work faster and therefore help food to be burned off quicker!. Drinking green tea will also increase your metabolism rate!. eating lots of fresh fruits and veg will help but i bet you've heard that so many times before!.
Do aerobics with some mates 'cause its fun to do and you can do it at your own pace!. hope this helps xD
