I need to lose weight and burn fat?!


Question: I need to lose weight and burn fat!?
im 15 !. (girl)
my height is about 5"6 (166cm)
weight is 132 lbs (60kg)
i've been gaining a lot of weight these days and i need to lose it FAST !
because my birthday is coming up(next month)!.!. and im having a beach party!.!. and i also went to lose it for the new year holiday coming up!.!.

normally i eat brown rice 2 times a day!.!. sometimes i dont have breakfast so its just lunch and dinner!.!. and its mostly brown rich with vegetables!. But I eat a pate full of rice!.!.!. how much will i burn if i go joggin for 30mins!.!. and after taht a 15 mins bike ride!? followed by 15 minutes skipping!? how much will i burn!? and if i continue this for one month how much will i lose!? and if i cut down my rice issue too!.!. is it possble loe 4kg !? 8lbs or 6 lbs!? thanks!.!.!. !!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
