A popular method is to wait 30 minutes after eating before working out!.!.!.!. Why you ask!?

Well here is why!.!.!.!.!.

When you eat foods and they are in your belly your body sends a LOT of blood to those organs to aid in digestion!.!.etc!.!.!.!. That means less blood is going to be at your extremeties to feed your muscles with oxygen that it needs for the production of ATP in the mitochondria!. When you were little did you ever hear a parent say " Don'g go swimming until 20 min!. after you eat!?" It's the same context!. Although no one has probably died from going swimming in a pool 20 min after eating there is a possibility of your muscles cramping because they are lacking the oxygen-rich blood that they need!.

Start your work out 2 minutes after eating!. Run until you puke!.!.!.!. now you've effectively 'burnt' off all those calories!.!.!.Lol!.
