Question: Can you help me create a healthy food plan for a day!?
its not to lose weight, it's just to be healthy!.
e!.g!.
8-00am : breakfast, sausage, bacon, eggs!.
10-15am : snack, a banana!.
12-00pm : dinner, cauliflower cheese, lettuce, tomato,

etc,etc!.!.!.

ok here's a few days worth!.!.!.!.

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with sliced banana on top
Porridge with nuts and raisins
Wholemeal muffin with scrambled egg and cooked tomato

Lunch: Jacket potato with beans
Turkey and advocado sandwich-no mayo
Fresh tomato soup and a granary roll

Dinner: Grilled Tuna steak with stir fried veg and brown rice (add a sauce if you like)
Home make chicken stew and veg
Home made stir fry with lean beef steak, peppers and broccoli (add soy sauce while cooking)

its such a pain to come up with these menues on your own and prob not practical for most people to do this every day!. I can suggest a program that does this!. They create your custom meals/diet for you and it is tuned to your specific body!. you select the foods that you want, and based on your specific needs, it will generate the meals!. it has been a life saver for me!. you may want to take a look there, they are really good people who designed it!.
