You shouldn't lose muscle, unless you just become lazy!. But, if you build fat on top of the muscle, you will lose tone!.

work out like crazy and make sure you're eating the right things before the work out!.
On the other hand you could just eat whatever and then work out to maintain the muscles!.!.!.I don't know how well that would work though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
