eat high protein, low fat, low carb diet and workout with weights!.!. don't do to much cardio because you will lose weight!.!. but yeaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep working out [or start if you aren't already]!.!.Don't do aerobic, just weightlifting!.
You shouldn't lose muscle, unless you just become lazy!. But, if you build fat on top of the muscle, you will lose tone!.

work out like crazy and make sure you're eating the right things before the work out!.
