Answers:
Lift weights and drink a whey protein shake after working out!.

To tone, lift lighter weights with more sets!. For example, 40 reps of 10 pound weights for 5 sets!.

To gain muscle quickly, max out on your weights (use heavier weights and "burn out" your muscles with less reps and sets!. For example, 15 reps of 30 pound weights for 3 sets!.

Work out about 4-5 days a week with rest days!. Rest days are important!.

If you feel your muscles burning while lifting weights and if they feel sore the day after the work out, you're making progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't take anything pills or drinks, never works, or has side effects,, and gaining muscle is never fast takes a while, but doing it constantly works,, like everynight do 100 push ups before going to bed,,, 4 times a week lift weights,, bench press!. push ups,, and always eat, some carbs, and proteins, you need carbs to gain muscle some good ones not bad carbs!.!. and remember not to burn your muscles Www@Answer-Health@Com
