One of the best ways I lost my belly fast in the last months, other than diet and exercise, I also used what's called a waist trimmer belt!. Its a belt you wear around the waist area, of course, to insulate the heat while exercising!. It makes it sweat more in the abdominal area, therefore melting the fat away away!. It's all about the cardio!. Cardio cardio , cardio!. And stay away from sodas and excess fattie foods!. Belly fat is really hard to lose and doing sit ups wont make it thinner because it will just make u have muscle underneath the fat!. So first you need to cardio after you lose the fat you should do sit ups to tone your stomach!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a fatty but not as much as a fatty as I used to be before I started riding my bike and hiking local trails!. It's a lot of fun, too! They guy I bought my bike from told me to "ride like a 12 year old"!. eat more healthy but i dont mean eat to much like every hour just dont eat to much of that !. cut down on food !. work out in a gym and exersice more often and get on a diet !. Www@Answer-Health@Com
