LMAO that girl goes "idk what a bench up is" that's priceless!.!.dude a year if u do some serious lifting and eating like serious strict high protein diet and push it a years plenty of time if u dont wana gain mass then dont eat excess cals but make sure u eat high high protien aim for 200g a day and bench incline decline flat 2x a week like mondays and fridays plus add in other exercises 2 other days like shoulders and traps and triceps or do triceps on the same day as ur benching one day back and biceps another maybe a day for legs so workout 5x a week!? or 4x either way itll make u stronger keep increasing weight increase by 10lbs and start at 4 reps then work ur way up once u can do 10 reps with that weight increase again make the weight high enough so u can only do 4 clean reps and then work at it once u can do 10 w/ that weight increase good luck =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

^ Adding 100 pounds to your bench press is not even remotely close to losing two or three inches!.

If you want results that extreme, consider taking diet supplements!. Note, these are NOT steroids, nor do I condone or suggest taking steroids, but adding 100 pounds to a bench press in under a year is quite a feat when you're already at 255!. Remember, working out too much is detrimental too!. Always take at least one day of rest between muscle groups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep working at it!. You need to do chest 2x per week and really push it!. Eat a LOT of protein - Creatin also helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
