I want to stop eating bad...?!


Question: I want to stop eating bad!.!.!.!?
Alright!.!.!.!.I went to a family gathering today and ate cake!. After I felt so sick!. I always feel sick after I eat junk-food!. But, when I am eating the junk food I just say "oh well, later is later!.!.!.i want candy"!. How can I change the way I think about junk food!.!.!? I have NO will power!. HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really have to take a look at this book!. It teaches you everything you need to know to eat healthy!. THey call it a diet but i have tried a lot of diet and this is the easiest one i have every done!. The thing that really surprised me was how addicted i was to sugar!. Check out this site it has the book on it!. I hope it works for you good luck

well, im trying to lose weight, and you have to remember that food isnt their to comfort you; its their for energy!. and if your craving something sweet try eating fruit or frozen yogert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

also, in terms of chocolate!.!. try dark chocolate 50 - 70% dark!.!.!. it tastes alright, and u get nutrients in it as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
