Help me, I've cheated!?!

Question: Help me, I've cheated!!?
How badly have I set myself back if I cheated this weekend!?
I am feeling like crap mentally and physically this morning!. This weekend I ate timbits, breakfast sandwiches, seafood, wine and pizza!. How much of a setback is this if I get right back on track!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, we all cheat (I do sometimes certainly)!. A "cheat day" now and then is essential!. You must allow yourself to enjoy things on occasion (birthday cake, anniversary dinner, party snacks)!. This is life!. A day of relaxed eating is not the end of the world!. Just make sure to get right back to basics!. Lots of water, eating properly and EXERCISE! :-) You will feel better once you do!. If you ate very salty, there may be a little water retention (bloaty) but as soon as you get back into routine, the body will release that water and all is well!. It makes it tons easier to eat well if you allow yourself a "holiday" occasionally!. You should never beat yourself up about taking a holiday; that takes the fun out! Since you already have a healthy lifestyle, and exercise, your body is more efficient at burning calories, so take heart, this is not a huge setback!. Have a great day!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

we all make mistakes every now and then, it makes life more fun :)
and its a new week so if you feel its nessasary eat really well for the next week, no junk, sodas and mainly fruit and vegatable based dishes and do 30 minutes excersize a day!. You may feel bad now but after a week of that imagine how stong and proud of yourself youll be
good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
