I need to take vitamins 5 times a day. How can I remind myself?!


Question: I need to take vitamins 5 times a day!. How can I remind myself!?
I need to take them with meals 5 times a day!. Once at 6:30 am (breakfast), 11:30 am (lunch), 2:30 pm (pre-workout), 5:30 pm (dinner), and 9:30 pm!. I don't have a phone with an alarm so how can I remember!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about putting small reminders around the house!? write it down on a small piece of paper and put it on the bathroom mirror, refrigerator, laptop cover and so on!.!.
change the places from time to time as your mind will get used to it and ignore it!.
also make mental notes!. they work!.
Best of luck as i suffer from the same!. not five times a day though!

Also (this one works like a charm) buy a random bracelet or ring and wear it!. every time you look at it you will remember!. (i did it by wearring one earing for a while, so every time i look in the mirror or meet someone, they remind me :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
