How to lose weight or inches? I'm 14 please help :)?!


Question: How to lose weight or inches!? I'm 14 please help :)!?
Hey I really want to get fit!. I hate being fat!. I hate it that all my friends can tell that I've put on a lot of weight!. And I hate that my parents pay more attention to my brother because he's more active and is way healthier looking than me!.
I really want help!. I'm 14, I weigh 118 pounds, and I'm 5'3"!.!. I know I'm fat, and so do other people!. I actually look like I weigh more than 118 pounds, and it's embarrassing!. Could someone give me healthy meal ideas for breakfast, snacks, school lunches, and dinner!. And workouts that I can do in my house!.
And one last question!. If I do this workout routine once a day for 5 days a week, and eat healthy will I start to lose inches!.
*first go for a 40min walk around the neighborhood
*then do a Tae Bo exercise tape (Billy Blanks Ab Boot Camp) for 40min
*then after dinner go for a 20min walk around the neighborhood
*before I go to bed do a Tae Bo exercise tape (Billy Blanks Cardio Workout)
And on the two days I don't do this workout routine I'll either do
Pilates or Power Yoga!.
Sorry there's so much writing! I'd really appreciate it if you could help! :)
Also if you have any other suggestions!.
One last thing!. I HATE jogging, or running around the neighborhood, so please don't make that an option!. And I can't go to a gym!. So please give me workout routines that you can do indoors!. (I have a Yoga Ball if that helps anything)
Please don't say anything like "your a good weight honey" or "just relax your 14"!.!. I really hate that I can't wear any of my clothes anymore cuz they show my fat!. :(

My daughter is 14 she is 5'2" and she is 108!.!.!.
I dont think you are fat!. I will help you tho!.
My daughter stays in shape by doing this:
20 Crunches
20 push ups
lounges and leg lifts
walking is wonderful!.
Do this every morning and night!.

little tips
*dont drink pop!. Drinking water all the time is the best Option!.
*When your bored walk around while you think of something to do!.
* only eat 3 meals a day!. When you are getting hungry but already ate drink some water!.
*Cut out all junk food!. Nothing what so ever!

ok i dont want to say "your at a good weight honey" but im going to say something similar!.
I'm almost 16!. I weigh 125lbs im 5'6 and im reallly thin in fact i was underwieght for a while!. thats not so much different from your height and weight and i really am far from fat!. so if you are over weight most of it is in your head!.
also your 14, by the end of high school you will look much slimmer then now no matter what your weight!.

ok ways to get healthier, lose weight or watever
-drink ONLY water & tons of it!!!! people drop 10-20lbs alone from just doing this!.
-i know u don't like running but walks are great!. just going for a long walk on the phone or with a friend can do tons
-if your working out & getting fit then don't look at the scale!. muscle weighs more then fat!.
-stressing adds pounds!!! so just forget about your weight!. it really doesn't matter and everyone doesn't think your fat!. the happier & more stress free you are the easier it is to lose weight!.
