that's an OK one to just stay in shape but if you want to focus on football do more sprinting work outs and lifting (whole body)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Football is based on plyometrics!. You need to focus your workouts on jumping, sprinting, fast movements, endurance, agility, and strength!. Use functional movements and incorporate a strength training program that works!. Check out www!.crossfit!.com!. Be sure to discuss things with your parents before beginning anything you see on this website!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
To be honest, it doesnt seem like enough cardio!. For warm ups when i did wrestling in HS, we ran a minimum of 2 miles!. And that was before practice!. And your workout would most likely depend on what position you think youre best built for!. Theres no sense in working out certain parts of your body if you arent going to use themWww@Answer-Health@Com
It sound's good if you keep to it, just be ready because when you're trying to make the team they'll take their hardest hits at you during practice to see if you can handle it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
