Question: 10 pounds!!?! PLZZZZ help!!!!?
Hey, I'm 5'0 and weigh 100 pounds!. I wanna lose 10 pounds & wanted to see if you guys can tell me if my diet plan is good for me!. Plz help!


Breakfast - Special K ceral bar & a 24 oz 7 eleven cappuccino!.

Lunch - Special K protein meal bar & a huge Powerade!.

Dinner - fruit smoothies with Pinapple, bananas, & ice, or a bowl of pinapple and watermelon!. & if I get sick of fruit salad with chicken, and italian dressing!.

Every Sunday I will eat for dinner is a huge bowl of popcorn with no butter and salt!.


So is my diet plan good!? Do I need to get rid of some stuff or add more foods!? Plz help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, I'm 5'0'' and used to be a little over 100lbs!. I had a lot of pudge and I was very upset so yeah, I wanted to lose 10lbs too!.

During the summer, I felt unconcious of my weight so I decided to lose some!. I have been told I was "fat"!. Now, my goal was 95lbs since I was 105-106lbs at the time!. I instead reached up to 97!.4lbs which I was deliberately happy with (going from july 14th to september 13th)!.

I didn't like exercising so much so all I did was jog around the block a few times a day (3)!. Do as much situps as I can, I don't like counting!. It just throws me off!. Do 13 squats as a set twice and jog in place whenever I could!.

As for the food, I cut out junkfood immediately and all of the sugary drinks!. Yeah, healthy eating through all of that!.

It would be better if you could cut out the powerade and cappuccino!.

Your diet plan is sufficient!. Try adding a few snacks in between lunch and dinner!. You may get hungry!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sounds fair healthy and good!. But I would add 1 or 2 serve of redmeat a week!. Like spaghetti bog or something but otherwise sounds good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
