i need to lose some weight and i going to cut wheat products and sugars and i work out and run everyday for 2 hours
how long would it take to loose 30-50lbs i weigh like 280Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should aim to lose at least 1-3lbs a week!. Cutting out wheat, carbs, and sugar is good, but you need to also watch your calories!. Aim to eat 4 small meals a day, averaging around 400 calories each, that's 1600 calories a day!. Lots of protein, fruits, and veges!! Also, drink lots of water, cut out sodas, juice, and anything else that has lots of sugar (juice is ok on occasion, watch the calories and portion sizes)!. Water, even though it can be bland, is your body's best friend!. It helps to keep you full, as well as hydrated!.

On the right program, which would include nutritional intervention (i don't like to use the word "dieting" because you don't need to diet in the traditional sense) and exercising, you should be able to lose about 2lbs per week, or 8lbs per month!.
