Has anyone ever done a crash diet and gotten good results?!


Question: Has anyone ever done a crash diet and gotten good results!?
I know crash diets are dangerous, but I was just wondering if they work!. And if you did one and got good results, what did you eat and how long did you do it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I fasted(this means I drank water, and consumed either no calories, or virtually none) for 3 months and lost like 60 pounds!. I now eat 3 moderate meals a day!. The first two days of eating, I gained 10 pounds!. :p After that little bit, which was more than likely just digesting food and water, my weight has remained stable!. Now I exercise every day of the week, feel great, and have no plans of losing my shape ever again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I did it for like 2 months!.!.!.!.
It wasn't good!.

I was always cranky and my stomach would hurt because I didn't get enough food and sugar!. My face looked gaunt and I didn't look glamorous at all!.

For morning I would eat cereal and milk!. For lunch I would then eat a sandwich with a yogurt and when I came home from school at like 5 I would eat whatever my mom made!. Supper!. Like chicken & rice!. Spaghetti and chicken cutlets!.!.!.!.

& then before I went to bed I would then eat again cereal & milk!.

I lost a few pounds but the truth is I didn't look good!.

Oh yea, I also ate vegetables & fruits!. Low fat milk and drank loads of water with each meal!.

I think I am going to do that again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!. Crash diets never work!. Good diets (no fast food, sodas, processed foods), water and lots of exercise will help you lose weight and if you stick to it will also keep the weight off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah they work!. I ate just ate fruits and veggies!. Some cottage cheese (low fat of course)!. And oatmeal which keeps you full forever if you drink a lot of water with it!. And lots of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com
