Question: 13 Year Old Workout Ideas!?
Hi, i am a 12 (13 in a month) year old golfer!. To gain some power, I need to strengthen my core and upper body!. I would also like to work on my cardio and my speed!. I am about 5'3 100 lb!. Thanks for the help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try joining the school track and field team!. They can help whip you into shape and help you get where you want to be!. Or, you can just do some simple exercises at home!. You can run on the treadmill to increase your speed and work on cardio, and you can do push-ups and sit-ups everyday!. Try to increase the number of push-ups and sit-ups each day or two!. If they seem to be getting easier, make sure you are doing them right or increase the number you do!. Also, try to increase the speed of the treadmill every day or two and add on to the time that you work-out for!.

start running about a mile a day(more if you can)
