I am on Jenny Craig and it pretty much works for me!. All you do is come in 1nce a week,they ask you questions, pick out food!. And they give you a weeks worth of food!. But the downside is, its pretty expensive!.

Most diets will work, some just take more commitment!. I hear good things from weight watchers!. My advice (not so much as *your on a diet*) Is just have fast food at most 1 time a week!. And if you are eating out, or eating fast food, I recommend Xenical, its a pill you take 1/2 hour before you eat, and it blocks 3/4 of your fat from entering your system!.

* Gross Part* You crap it out, yea!. I know!. Gross, thats not all, (very gross!!!!!) refrain from farting while on the pill, because the fat can sometimes come out! I know I know!!! GROSS!.

Lower dosage, which the above doesnt happen, Alli!. I think its called!.

Any other advice is to avoid pills!. I'm talking about pills that you liek have to take 3 ttimes a day, before every meal or snack and stuff like that!. Alli, is just for like once in a while, requires no commitment really!.

If you're extremely set on it you could probably try a program!. Or find an online forum to help keep you motivated and then work out and eat healthy!. Lifestyle changes are best for becoming healthier and losing weight!. Don't do a fad diet because in the end the plan is more likely to fall through!.

well i need to lose 30!. I'm planning to eat smaller portions with more veggies and fruit, no red meat, doing excercise that i enjoy (Dance Dance Revolution and a little jogging) and cleansing teas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 30 lbs in 4 months!. I cut out my carb and high sodium and sugar!. It's hard at first but after a while you would not crave it!. I also eat small portion 4 times a day and try to exercise!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

iv'e heard a lot of good feedback about weight watchers!. This woman at my job has been doing it for a lil over a week now and has already lost about 7 lbs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
