How to: burn fat off your chest and stomach?!


Question: How to: burn fat off your chest and stomach!?
I have a good amount of muscle, its just hidden a little!. How can i burn off that fat to get my abs and pecs to be more visible!? Exercises and good foods to eat are appreciated! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do sit ups for abdominal fat, and it will also get you abs (only if you are dedicated)!. Think about turning from fatty to hottie (what the chicks think)!. Dumbell Exercises for the chest are the following

Flat Chest Presses
1!. Lying flat on bench, hold the dumbbells directly above chest, arms extended!.
2!. Lower dumbbells to chest in a controlled manner!.
3!. Press dumbbells back to starting position and repeat!.
4!. Avoid locking elbows!.

Incline Chest Presses
1!. Adjust bench to an incline of 30 to 45 degrees!.
2!. Repeat as above!.

Flat Chest Flies
1!. Lying flat on bench, hold dumbbells directly above chest!.
2!. Bend elbows slightly and maintain throughout the exercise!.
3!. Open arms to sides!. Elbows should remain 'locked' in a slightly flexed position!.
4!. When upper arms are parallel to floor, return the weights to the starting position and repeat!.

Incline Chest Flies
1!. Adjust bench to an incline of 30 to 45 degrees!.
2!. Repeat as above!.

Sorry to say, but you can't spot-reduce fat from specific areas of your body!. Your genes determine where your body pulls fat from its reserve to burn!. Maybe you'll be fortunate and it will start in the chest and tummy area; but for most guys that spare tire is difficult to get rid of!.

How to burn fat: I'd research that subject on the web, keeping in mind that any website trying to sell a quick-fix or a power pill or a magic elixir is a scam!. I think you'll find a well-balanced diet with cardio exercise in addition to your weight-training routine will be the solution!. If you belong to a gym, perhaps a session or two with a personal trainer could get you pointed in the right direction!. But, again, if the trainer tries to sell you powders or potions, demure!
