Please help emergency?!


Question: Please help emergency!?
i have been on a strict diet since last monday
it has resulted in 8 pounds of weight loss i am at
208
my calorie intake is pretty low around 800 and below with lots of water
i go walking each night and do two min of vigorous jumping jackk
i need weight loss faster
but now why am i not losing a pound a day any more !?!?
is there any way i can lose it faster !?!?!? please and thanks

Believe it or not you need to eat more! They say to never fall below 1200 calories because once you do your body goes into starvation mode thinking it's being malnourished and it holds onto stored fat! I don't know if you ever watch The Biggest Loser (one of my favorite shows!) But week 2 is always the worst week for all of the competitors b/c your body goes into a bit of shock from losing so much the first week!. The trainers also are very strict about making sure everyone is eating enough b/c your weight loss slows down once you eat too little, eat at least 1200 calories in the day and spread it out evenly to keep your metabolism going and you should see the pounds continue to shed! Your weight loss will gradually slow down if you stay on the same diet and exercise plan!. In order to continue to lose weight you have to either continue to reduce your calorie intake or increase the rate at which you are burning calories!. Since you are only consuming 800 calories per day, you cannot reduce your calorie intake any further (in fact, it's already too low)!. That means you're going to have to exercise more!. Perhaps you could try running a bit instead of walking!.

Don't worry about being overweight at age 17!. It's actually much worse to be overweight when you're older!. It's easier to lose weight when you're young!. It sounds like you're already on the right track, so don't give up!.

Reasons:
1!. you are not eating enough, you will stop you progress of loosing because your body will go into starvation mode and store everything, putting a halt to weight loss!.
2!.whenever you start to "diet" the first weeks weight loss is always more then you will get the rest of the time
3!.You can NOT loose a pound a day safely for an extended period of time, its normally ends up being a pound or two a week!.
4!.You need to be eating lots of health food!.!.at least 1200 calories a day!.

Just FYI, i did everything the right way and lost 30 lbs in 2!.5 months!.
And you are right, you are overweight!. But if you want to loose and keep it off please do it correctly and give it some time!.!.!.there is no quick way about it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you go on an extreme calorie-restricted diet, you body will go into starvation mode, slowing your metabolism and trying to store every calorie!. That's why one of the tenets of Weight Watchers is that you eat a certain amount of food each day!. You didn't gain all that weight overnight and it won't come off overnight either!. you need to get a good safe diet maybe let your MD help set up one,what you are doing maybe making you sick and is unhealthy,and what good will you be unhealthy and sick to yourself or anyone else around you go with something safe and healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's unhealthy , you need to eat more!. I tried it before I am also around the same weight!. I did a strict diet , and I gain the weight back 2x faster!. Trust me its fast weight loss , but it comes back extremely fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
