Question: Losing 20 pounds in two weeks!?
I walk two hours every day outside!. I exercise for about one hour which includes me doing things such as sit ups, jumping jacks, and other physical things to keep in shape!. I also only eat fruits and two small meals a day!. I need to get in shape for a wedding coming up very soon and that means losing weight in my thighs and stomach!. If I keep doing my normal routine of walking two hours and exercising for an hour do you think I will be able to lose 20 pounds in two weeks!? Is there anything else I should be adding or doing!? Count your carbohydrates!. I did, and in the first week of keeping my carb!. level at or under 60 grams I lost 14 pounds! 14 POUNDS IN 1 WEEK! I continued to lose 9!.5 in the next week!. So, there you go!. A small change in eating habits can change a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
