How many calories are in this ?!


Question: How many calories are in this !?
2 boiled eggs, special k cereal, quarter of a glass of orange juice, a salad, just lettuce and some olive oil, 3 wheat-bix and milk about 5strawberries and 2 scoops of just plain yoghurt and an apple !.
and what exercises should i do to burn the fat off of this !?
please note that i can't go swimming and i can't go to the gym, i don't have any exercise machines or a swiss ball !.
i'm 13 and yeah !.

Answers:
Don't bother loosing the oil unless you want to!. If it is pure Olive Oil, it is actually good for you!.!.!.unless you're drowning the lettuce!. (Look-up the "Mediterranean Diet" for some information on it!.)

Now, if that is all you eat for each meal!.!.!.that's a bit much for a day!. If that's all you eat in a day, that's just a *bit* light!.

Look to the RDA for stuff, and remember that one portion (serving) is the size of your palm!. So that works out at 2 servings of protein (meat generally), and 5-10 servings of fruits and veggies!. For the breads and grains, I can't remember the recommended amount, but I believe it's two servings or so!.

Incidentally!.!.!.one thing to remember, as another poster stated, you'll loose a lot of weight really quick on a starvation diet, but what she didn't mention is that most of the weight will be from muscle tissue being broken down, and the reason you'll put so much weight back on so fast, is that muscle burns energy, and with less muscle to burn that energy when you resume your normal diet, it goes stright to fat!.

As for exercises!.!.!.walking, yard work, house cleaning, cycling, running, if you had a pool in the area, swimming - but you already have indicated you can't do that, etc!. If you have a dog, take it for a brisk 20 minute walk (just remember to pick-up after it) every day!.

One final note!.!.!.no offence Miss, but at 13, unless you are obese or morbidly obese, diets are the last thing you need!.!.!.Diets can cause serious harm to a growing body if done wrong!. So!.!.!.be VERY careful, and generally only with medical supervision!

first of all, cut the oil! there are 300 calories in one tablespoon!!!
if you take away the oil, that all amounts to about 400 calories!.
the best way to burn this off is cardio (walking, running!.!.!.)
a 30 minute run/walk will burn 300-320 calories!.
sooo i say maybe a 45 minute walk every day
try walking somewhere with your friends!.!.!.!.sayy to the beach or something!.
the best way to exercise is with a friend so you're having fun

if that's all u've haad to eat all day, I'd go eat a little more cuz ur body will go into starvation mode if u eat less than 1200 calories a day!. at first u'll lose some weight (yippee) but later it'll all come piling back super fast!Www@Answer-Health@Com

about 800-900!. there really isn't a lot of fat there, that's a pretty good diet!. id say go for a 30 minute jog if you feel its necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
