Losing 60 pounds??????!


Question: Losing 60 pounds!?!?!?!?!?!?
do you think i could lose 60 pounds in 5 months!?!? with me eating something healthy like fruit or yogurt or something like that every couple of hours and at the end of the day [7 or 8] jump roping about 30 min!? and ill excercise everydayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Good luck!.!.!. I lost a pound a day by working out and just eating veggies and fruits!. When i wanted meat I ate seafood!.!.not fried!. It increases your metabolism and make you very regular!. : ) I ate all day!.!. fruit and veggies!. YOU CAN EAT ALL YOU WANT!.!. Anything that cmes from the ground!.!.!.!. nuts grains, oats, squash, lentils, apples, mangos, cucumbers!.!.!.!.!. I seasoned my food with I Cant Believe It's Not Butter and seasoned salt, garlic, pepper, ginger, rosemary on my seafood!.!.!. It's not a bad deal!.!.!. If you eat a salad, make sure the dressing is low carb!. Ranch usually only has 2% or so!.!.!. You can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to lose 60 pounds in 5 months you will have to burn about 1500 calories per day more than you are eating!. A normal diet consists of about 2000 calories!. You could (if you're really determined) be healthy on a 1500 calorie diet!. If you did that, then you would have to burn about 3000 calories per day to reach your goal!. That will be difficult, but not impossible!. I suggest you try to gradually increase your exercise to 60 minutes per day as you get into better shape!. Don't exercise any more than that though and don't push yourself too soon before you're in shape!. That could be dangerous!.

Just out of curiosity, why are you trying to lose 60 pounds in 5 months!? That's a very ambitious goal!. How much do you weigh right now!?

First check whats the average weight for your age and height!. If it shows you do need to lose weight, follow these steps:

That's how many calories you need!. Ignore the extreme fat loss limit!.
Next is exercise!. Use this link below

Ok, so you now got calories in check, check how many you need to lose weight!. But do not go crazy on candy bars and whatnot!. You should know what are good foods and which are bad!.
Good = Anything natural like meats, oils, fruits, vegetables, and dairy
Bad = Anything that is manmade like cookies, cakes, anything in packaging, BUT you can still enjoy them on OCCASION!.

Finally make sure to eat enough calories!. Say I need 2000 calories to lose weight, and I ate 2500 calories!. But I burned 500 through exercise, so 2500 - 500(burned) = 2000!. So I'm fine!.

It won't be loss in one day since you didn't gain the weight in one day!. Stick with this and I promise you you will see results steadily!.
