Can I gain weight if I eat breakfast?!


Question: Can I gain weight if I eat breakfast!?
Normally I don't because I'm not hungry in the morning, I just have a cup of coffee, and I always thought that if you skip meals you gain weight!? But it doesn't seem to work with me!. I've tried starving myself for many years to help slow down my metabolism so I can gain but it just made it even faster!. What is wrong with my stomach!?

Also, what about milk!? I've heard that if you drink 3 glasses per day it helps maintain a healthy weight!. Do they mean "lose" or "gain" when they say that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Little confusing, but okay!.!.!.
Numerous studies have shown that people who eat a healthy breakfast don't need as much food during the rest of the day and also have more energy!. I don't necessarily think that not having breakfast will make you gain weight - I think it'll make you grumpier throughout the morning though!.
The main thing that makes you gain weight is eating large quantities before you rest - can be sitting down to watch TV or eating late at night before bed!. Anything you put into your system that will just sit there without your body moving will get transformed into fat because you're not burning it!.
So if you truly want to gain weight, I'd say eat a healthy breakfast, cut out the caffeine and (if you smoke) nicotine (both of which can keep your body from craving actual food), eat a medium sized lunch and a big dinner before bed!.
And as to the milk - maintaining a healthy weight usually refers to your ideal weight!. Drinking milk helps give your body protein to burn, will leave you less hungry throughout the day and give valuable nutrients!.
You could also substitute with yogurt!.
Milk can help you steer towards your ideal weight - either by helping you lose or gain!.
At the end of the day, even if the milk doesn't change your weight, it'll leave you with phenomenal nails and hair growth (works wonders for me ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating doesn't equal weight gain!. Your body is meant to eat HEALTHY foods every 3 hours!. I wake up at 6:30,eat fruit!. A small snack like nuts at 9:30!. Have a healthy lunch at 12!. A small snack at three!. Dinner and a SMALL desert at 6!. Then nothing else for the rest of the day!.

I excersise for half an hour a day,walk my dog,and ride my bike a couple times a week!.

I have lost about 40 pounds!. Not only that I sleep better,feel better because I'm healthy!.

Food is like gasoline for us!. How can you expect to wake up in the morning and function with no gas!? Kind of like a car!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
