Question: Help to lose 60 pounds within a year-or at least to get started!?
I absolutely necessarily have to lose 55-60 pounds within a yr or say 10 months and I need help! Being overweight has affected me in more ways than one and I cannot afford professional help- so if there are any professionals out there who are willing to give free consultation- just a few tips on how to get started- pleasee help!.!.and if there is anyone out there who did lose a substantial amount of weight please- inspire me! I can't get myself to stick with anything I think I will do!. I am depressed and in the verge of giving up-Please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You most definitely can lose that amount in a year!. It will not be easy, but it can be done!.

You want professional help, so I'm going to impart some, but it will cost you!.

My advice costs YOUR DEDICATION!.

Here are some rules to follow!.

1!. You need 50% of your calories from COMPLEX CARBS (look it up!. I'm going to provide stepping stones but you have to do the footwork!. Nothing comes easy), 30% from protein, and 20% from fat!.

2!. LESS FOOD = FAILURE! You can not fuel the thermogenic effect of your metabolism without quality calories!. Restricting them will lead to absolute failure!. If you are under the assumption that less food is better, you MUST reeducate yourself on the proper eating habits!.

3!. Either you truly want it or you do not!. There is no room for failure!. All my trainees have lost over twenty pounds and they did it because I believed they could and THEY KNEW THEY COULD!. If you want that one piece of food you know you shouldn't have and you indulge, you are failing yourself!. Only consume what you must in order to meet your goals!.

4!. DO NOT USE SHORTCUTS!. if you think dieting is a word to describe eating less you are in the wrong mindset!. If you think that food is the only problem you will fail!. YOU MUST HAVE A BALANCED CARDIOVASCULAR (AEROBIC) / WEIGHT TRAINING (ANAEROBIC) fitness routine as well!.

5!. Remember that the foods you eat are not a RIGHT!.!. they are a PRIVILEGE!. Be thankful you can eat things you may not like when other countries are filled with people who are dying because they can not have it!. If you can not stick with a plan it is because you are too mentally weak!. Its a harsh fact!. You can rise above that with mental training!. You are the ONLY PERSON WHO IS GOING TO TRULY MOTIVATE YOU!

6!. REMEMBER: Excuses = failure!. Cheap and easy = fat and sleepy!.

7!. You are the one with the strength to eat what you NEED to!.!. or the WEAKNESS to eat what you WANT to!.

8!. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!. Self pity is for the weak minded!. IF you have knowledge, you are NEVER weak minded!.


There you go friend!. Now if you want to get in shape you will take this to heart!. If you choose to disregard it, you have just wasted not only my time, but yours!.

Nothing comes easy!. Its time for you to feel the burn of progress rather than the sting of self induced failure!.

For many who have successfully lost weight will tell you that not only its is important to watch what you eat, but the weight loss effort will be half a success if you do not include a regular or routine exercise programme!. The exercise programme shall includes cardiovascular exercises and strength training!.

Cardio exercises will burn calories and lower body fat, furthermore it will also strengthen the heart and lungs!.

well back in the day when i was a lil kid in high school i created this odd diet,
ii ate ramen noodles for my 3 meals and i had a excersise schedule as follows:

2 sets of 500 crunches
5 sets of 50 pushups
5 sets of 25 pull ups
2 mils run

I know how you feel, what would always discouraged me is diets that are impossible to follow and super strict workout programs!. The thing that worked for me is that I needed to find the determination, the motivation I needed and instead of trying to diet so hard, I slowly added workouts to my week, I went to curves, but it is expensive program anyway, you can just start out with maybe 2-3 workouts a week or whatever your body can handle!. Also you must drink water!. I struggled for a long time trying to lose weight and I found out that not drinking enough water makes it so that the toxins in your body store in your fat because there is not enough liquid for the toxins to be released properly!. If you don't drink water then your body wont let you lose fat because it doesn't want to put the toxins back floating in you body!. Also start out by slowly making a life change, I started by replacing soda pop with water, then white bread for whole wheat!. Also every person's body is different so try to find something that works for you!. Don't try crazy weight loss plans that make it so easy to give up!. And don't always rely on the scale!. In the first month only lost one pound I was so upset, but then I realized that I had lost 10!.5 inches on my body judge your weight loss on how your clothes fit and how you feel!. I know it can be discouraging but just remember in is not an easy challenge but if you are determined enough you can do it! Overall I have lost 21 lbs in 4 months it doesn't seem like that much but it feels like a ton!. I now have 39lbs left to go, it seems like so far just make smaller goals like I will try to lose 6 lbs this month instead of I want to lose 20 more pounds in 4 months!. Now I have 4 cardio workouts a week and 2 weight training workouts a week!.
