DUDE, you can eat anything you want, seriously!. Just excercise in the morning and before or 2hrs after dinner!. nothin big just stretches and runnig!. BY portioning out your food even makes it better!. Grab a coffee plate and fiil it up to with everything you want!. it works trust me!.

Beside after fasting you need some food with sugar
