Question: Want to lose weight, what to eat for breakfast!?
I am 24 years old, 5ft2 and 130lbs!. I am trying to lose weight and I understand that eating breakfast is a good way to start as it is fuel for your metabolism!. Now as someone who never does eat breakfast Im a little sketchy about what I should be eating!. Any tips!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, empty your fridge of all the starchy bagels and breads like that!. Buy some fresh greens, lean chicken, nonfat milk and 100% orange juice (make sure it's not from concentrate!. You can make a variety of breakfasts from foods and staples like that!. Probably the best meal you can eat in the morning are eggs!.

Granola and cold milk works, as well as leftovers from last night!. You can also make sandwiches, just make sure you don't fill it with fatty meats or mayo!. Also, drink a lot of cold water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes in order to stave off hunger pangs in mid morning you need to eat something, I personally have a high protein breakfast like a cheese omelet!. if you are in a hurry grab a chunk of cheese and munch on it on the way to work!. Or if you have left over meat from last night!. No rule says you have to have cereal or "breakfast items" you stomach doesn't keep track of what meal is right!. be creative and you will loose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetheart I am sure that you are beautiful and if anyone tells you different tell them to kiss your a**!. You are at a perfect weight, most girls would kill to be your size!! :)

Seriously, I wish America was more like Africa and other countries in the sense that big is BEAUTIFUL!! Our countrys thinking on weight is so twisted, we literally starve and hurt our bodies to be accepted!. Be good to your body!.!.!.don't starve yourself!! Your body will thank you later when you are old and can function while all of the anorexic girls are either dead or bed ridden because their bodies no longer operate!.

Eat anything u like!.!. just try to avoid bread and rice and pasta in ur diet!.!. u will lose weight!.!.
Like for breakfast u can have eggs and orange juice
Lunch, u can have a filet steak
