getting big (gaining mass) is really a simple formula!. you just need to be consistent!. here it is!.
1!.) you should be lifting heavy, using enough weight for you to do 6 - 8 repetitions each set!. for example, if you're doing chest and bench pressing, put enough weight on the bar to do 6 - 8 reps!. if you're doing curls, do 6 - 8 reps!.
2!.) don't overtrain!.!.!. if you're lifting heavy and doing plenty of sets you really only need to left on each muscle group once a week!. for example do chest on monday!. do biceps and back on tuesday!. do legs and abs on wednesday!. do some cardio on thursday or just take the day off!. on friday do shoulders and triceps!. take the weekend off or maybe do some cardio, running, whatever!.
3!.) you need to eat!. eating is as important as lifting!. you'll need a lot of protein and a lot of calories if you're trying to gain sheer mass, and drink a lot of water (your body needs water to process protein!.)
4!.) after each few weeks or so of training start mixing up your routine and doing different exercises and routines for each muscle group, as this will keep your body facing new challenges and forcing it to grow and develop as you'd like!.

You can join a body building club!. There you can meet a lot of people with a lot of knowledge on the area!. Or you can get an exercise consultant to give you some tips on how to bulk up!. OR perhaps join a sport!. Martial arts perhaps!? Either way you need to eat healthy, stay away from huge amounts of candy and fast food and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
