Question: I'm 6 feet tall and I weigh only 125 pounds is there something wrong with me!?
I eat alot I think I just have thin bones or something!. I'm 18 and I'm tired of people telling me I need to eat when i eat alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

well medicallyspeaking your weight does not suit your height!.!. coz for a 5 feet person the average weight starts at 100 lbs!.!. i have a lot of friends who eat a lot but does not gain weight which is normal because there metabolism is fast!.!. people who tend to eat frequently has faster metabolism which helps in making them not gain wieght!.!. well but there is always exemption to eating frequently, coz eating the wrong foods will surely make a big difference!.!. but i advise you to seek a doctors help or a nutritionist!.!. why!? there are some illness that causes a person not to gain weight even though they eat a lot, so go seek a medical advise ASAP!.!. most of those diseases are chronic or could lead to death if not taken cared of at an early stage!.!. oim not scaring you ok, im just giving u some advise :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are eating regular meals, exercising, living a normal life & don't feel unwell!. Then I suggest you just have a fast metabolism You'll probably bulk up when you get a little older!. So "don't sweat the small stuff" as the old saying goes!. At least you aren't overweight!. Is the rest of your family tall & slim; Parents / Siblings / Grandparents / Aunts & Uncles etc!? It could genetic!.

But if you are still concerned, then for your own peace of mind go see a Dr!. As for people commenting all the time @ least you know they care, just say thanks for your concern but I'm fine!. I have exactly the same question thrown at me all the time!. Good Luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

just add 3 - 5 ounces more protein a day to your diet!. you need to build muscle mass and protein helps to do that!. if you are that skinny, don't work out although you may want to!. Eat high protein bars or shakes between meals!. (advantage, slim fast, carnation instant breakfast)Www@Answer-Health@Com
