What would be a good diet to be on to get abs in a month?!


Question: What would be a good diet to be on to get abs in a month!?
I'll start off by this I am 16 year's old i bicycle 15-20 miles a day and have done that for a couple year's now!.I ride about 100-150 miles a week,I do drink lot's of pepsi because weirdly that is the only thing that has worked to get me motivated in the morning and throughout the day yes it is a addiction i picked up from my dad!.I would like to know what i should eat and what kind of other inside exercises shall i do to get my abs ripped my goal is for a month!. I used to drink at least 12 Pepsi's a day, I gained 50 pounds because of my unhealthy food and drink habits!. I quit eating so much junk food and cut out the pepsi's all together!. I have lost 30 pounds in no time just by stopping the consumption of this "crap"!. Trust me, if I can quit drinking pepsi's anybody can!. You might enjoy them as much as me but you don't like them more!.lol!. Once you get used to not drinking them and drinking water or something else!. You won't want them as much!. I still have one maybe once a month but it feels great not taking in all that sugar!. Stop the Pepsi's and gain the abs, along with exercise of course!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
