BREAKFAST

never very hungry at that time

LUNCH

large filling vegetable and protein soup

eg!. pea and panchetta rissotto soup


SNACK
skinny cow ice cream -95 cals
ryvitas - 65
coffe light frappcino - 90 cals


DINNER
bean stew with lots of vegeatbles ( three portions)- 290 cals
low fat yogurt -95

SUPPER ( bit naughty but i tend to binge if i dont have one treat )
diet hot choc- 40

Not got an answer, just want to say, I think Polly means 3 portions of veg, not 3 portions of dinner!. So,for example,!.bean stew with cabbage, broccali and peas!. I think thats what she means, really cant imagine she means 3 portions of dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's okay, but chill out with the junky stuff!. A little bit of it to keep you going isfine, but 2 frappachinos, chocolate, hot chocolate, and ice cream is too much!.

Breakfast is too important to skip!. Aside from giving you a ton of energy, it helps with weight loss (there are some links to studies on google)!. Try to force yourself to eat even when you aren't hungry!. It should be your biggest meal of the day with protein and carbs!. I never liked it either because I was in a hurry, but I started eating a big breakfast when school started and it helped a ton with energy/grades/stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you are doing "sounds" good however it isn't always cutting meals that will help you lose weight, that is depriving your self and restricting yourself which makes lifestyle changes very difficult!.

One try to eat 6 small meals a day, this will help keep your metabolism engaged and burning more calories!. Nutrition is an important part of weight loss, HOWEVER it isn't the only part, you also have to do cardio and some kind of resistance training to help boost your metabolism and burn more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try having fruits and vegetables for snacks!. Or lowfat cheese sticks!. Frozen grapes are good for a cold snack!. Really try to eat breakfast!. That meal determines how your body works for the rest of the day!. Even a small piece of fruit would be better than nothing!. Or a pack of instant oatmeal!.!.!.oatmeal is proven to stay in your system for a long time and DOES promote weightloss!. For dessert you could have chocolate dipped fruit like strawberries!. You'd still get your chocolate fix but you'd be getting some good stuff too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

what you eat sounds alright, but its the amount that will scupper you!.
you should try have a little something at breakfast time, even if it's only ryvita with cottage cheese (which i have every morning!. it's light, but fills me up)!.
cappucinos and frapucinnos have ltos of calories, even the skinny versions, switch to green/camomile tea if you can!.
your lunch is ideal, soup is great protein and fills you up!.
your dinner is healthy, too, but 3portions!? are you serious!?
if one portion doesn't fill you up, then you have to reconsider what you eat!. maybe add a small wholemeal pitta bread or a little brown rice!. youghurt is fine, just make sure what it lacks in calories isnt beign made up in sugar!
you shouldn't be hungry later on if your dinner has the right amount of protein, fibre and carbs!.
a small diet hot choc is okay, but in proportion, not every night even!.
try switching a pack of choc for dark choc, or even a rice cake with peanut butter - you'll stil get the same sweet energy kick, but it is lower in calories, sugar and will sustain you more!.
i dont think you need to have a coffee, ryvitas and ice cream as a snack!. if youre eating the right foods during the day, you shouldn't be snacking at all!. one snack a day is fine, but there's no point having healthy foods bean stew and vegetable soup if you're going to make up the calories in sugary foods!. have more fibre and protein, this will help your body to stop craving all the sugar you are eating at the mo!.
also, a 50min walk is fine exercise, but maybe up it a little with some aerobics, running, cardio!. if you continue eating the foods you are, you'll have to do more than 50mins to work off all the excess tho!

You actually eat quite alot!. I eat no where near that much!. If I ate as much as you I'd put on weight so easily!. Think yourself lucky that you can eat all that and lose weight!. Unbelievable!. :O
