I definitely would not stop going to college or cut down on classes just to lose weight!.

Does your college have a gym!?!?!? Mine had one that was open and free for all students to use!. If it does, do that in your spare time!.!.!. they should have lots of equipment to choose from and use so you don't get bored!. Or check in with the Physical Education department, the Health Center, or even your dorm (if you live in one) and ask about classes they might offer- mine always had a pilates or yoga or aerobics class going on, ,which also helps you to meet people!.

If not, walk/run/rollerblade around campus, join in on any activities going on outside when the weather's nice (volleyball or basketball games, for example), definitely drink lots of water, and do your best to eat healthy campus food (it can be very easy to pack on even more pounds with all the fatty foods college kids eat)!.

Best of luck to you!.!.!. just remember, your college education is VERY important, so that should be a priority while you're there- you're paying for it, after all! Www@Answer-Health@Com

For many who have successfully lost weight will tell you that not only its is important to watch what you eat, but the weight loss effort will be half a success if you do not include a regular or routine exercise programme!. The exercise programme shall includes cardiovascular exercises and strength training!.

Cardio exercises will burn calories and lower body fat, furthermore it will also strengthen the heart and lungs!.

Good examples of cardiovascular activities listed below:

Here is a simple checklist for a realistic weight loss programme!.

1!. Check your BMI
2!. Set a realistic weight goal!. The weight loss should not be more than 1kg (2!.2lbs) per week!.
3!. Include a balanced, low-calorie diet and regular physical activity in the weight loss programme!.
4!. Avoid slimming teas, drugs and pills except under supervision
5!. Aim for long-term weight control and prevention of weight gain instead of short-term, rapid weight loss
