If I jog/run for 20min everyday will i lose weight?!


Question: If I jog/run for 20min everyday will i lose weight!?
I run for at least 20min everyday, i don't eat too unhealthyly (i try not to eat any junk food) and i walk to class everyday which amounts to about another 30min of walking each day!. i want to loose about 4-5kg so is this enough!? or won't i see much change!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you haven't been running/jogging until now you would see a difference even without cutting your calories, but if you have been doing this much activity for a while and have seen no change you might want to try watching what you eat!. Sometimes, even if you know you eat healthy, we don't realize how much we eat!. If you really desire losing weight, I would suggest journaling!.!.!. write down what you eat or use my-calorie-counter!.com (which is free and wonderful) to keep track of what you eat!. MCC!.com figures up calories etc for you, so it's really nice!. :D I would say, no matter what your size, if you are doing this much activity a day and watching the amount of food you eat, you are going to lose weight at a nice pace!. Add in some crunches, etc, and you will really tone up quickly!

You didn't state how much you weight so it's difficult to gauge how much and how fast you will lose weight from your activity!. I have posted a link that you can use!.!.!. you put in your weight and what activity you are doing and it will tell you how many calories you burn!. You need eat 500 calories less (a day) than your BMR to lose one pound a week (or burn them with your activity)!. I also added a link to find your BMR and DER!. 4-5 kg is about 2lbs!. Is this what you want to lose per day!? Walking for about 30 minutes at a moderate rate 3!.5 miles/hr will burn 150 cals!. If you watch your intake per day (# of cals) for a week, and walk for 30 minutes per day, there will be some loss!. However, you have to calculate to see how much calories you lost in the whole week!. It is not going to be a quick thing, but there is some benefit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, of course you will!. Whenever you use the one-two combo of diet + exercise, you will definitely lose weight!. Diet is far more important though!. The exercise is the easy part!. I've had clients lose weight just walking 30 minutes per day, combined with good nutritional protocols!. Intake vs Outtake!. If you expand more calories than you eat, you'll lose weight!. Eating healthy is a good step, but if you eat 1000 apples everyday and never leave your couch you won't lose weight!.
