Question: Will walkin on the tedmill make me lose weight!? [please read]!?
I posted another question earlier and I asked about losing weight in 21 days!.

I need to lose about 10-15 pounds!.

I walk for 20 mins each day on the tredmill!.
I don't do much of n e thing else!.
I do online college and so basically I just sit here!.
I know its just so sad!!!
What else can I do !?!
I have no money for huge diets or anything!

interval training is the best way to lost weight!. What you can do is sprint on the treadmill for 20-30 seconds and then jog for a 1-1!.5 minutes and repeat!. Try to do this for around 12 minutes, its a lot harder than walking or jogging but it works a lot better and is not as boring!.

PS!. If sprinting for you is too hard, you can just jog, it doesnt really matter what speed its at as long as its hard for you to do!. Basically go as fast as you can, if thats not very fast it really doesnt matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With a treadmill you can do two types of training - just walk on constant speed - burn moderate caloreis

and you cant run at faster speed for longer time to burn calories!.

So there is an option called HIIT!. where you run for a minute and then walk at moderate speed to still burn caloreis by walking but at the same time recover energy to run again
again you run for a min and then walk to recover

Like this do 5-7 cycles and start off with a 5 min warm up and end with a 5 min cool down!.!.

This would be the best you can do with a treadmill!.

Moreover try to stay active all day long so that you can burn more caloreis!.!.

if your not seeing the results that you want, either increase your time on the treadmill, or increase your speed!. make sure that you are eating right, losing weight is 50% exercise and 50% diet!. you might also want to look into downloading a yoga or pilates video, both are great for toning the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking is good for weight loss, but may be it is not enough!. You need more intensity!.

If you have good diet then it can help!.

the best way is keep to 3 meals a day try not to snack on salty, sugary or fatty foods cut out brad and pasta's keep upthe exercise do as much as you can when you get bored etc!. i lost 5 punds in 2 weeks but cutting down on eating make sure you drink more water it works Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking IS good exercise for heart and circulatory system!. Walking is NOT a good exercise for weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a walk around park!. do sit ups maybe push ups too!.
jog in place!. eat low cal and low fat!.
