I'm 5'3, 52-53kg. I need to slim down! ?!


Question: I'm 5'3, 52-53kg!. I need to slim down! !?
Can i know what are the ways to slim down!? I've huge thighs, and my weight kept going up and down between 52-53kg it depends how much i weight!. how to maintain my weight and how to shed my weight to 50kg!? please guys, tell me!. ): Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly speaking you don't need to lose weight!. It's not about how people perceive you, it's about how you feel from the inside!. But if your weight disturbs you, don't do extreme dieting, just remember a regular exercise is always healthy ( a walk is fine) and most importantly don't eat excessively!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm about the same height and I think 52-53 is a great weight!. I go up and down too, it's pretty normal!. At the moment I'm about 50 but honestly I think I look a bit thin and my boobs have disappeared!.

The best way to lose weight is to exercise!. Of course you need to cut out junk food, eat a lot of fresh food, don't drink anything except water and don't eat too much!. But if you can exercise every day it will help a lot!. I run, cycle, swim and do weights every week!. If I can't be bothered doing much I go for a walk!. It's helped keep me toned, and believe me toned thighs look much better than flabby ones no matter how big they are!. So get out there, get moving!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't see how it is possible for you to have "HUGE" thighs!. You are on the skinnier end of the scale as your Body Mass Index is around the 20's!. Healthy is between 18 (which is actually pretty skinny) and 25!. You don't need to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't really need to lose weight or it doesn't seem so!

But exercises such as the bicycle, leg lifts, leg slides, squeezing a stability ball and leg raises help slim the thighs!.

No need to shed weight!. Even then if you are interested do simple things - avoid junk foods and eat fat free foods!. Walk at least 2 miles a day to get slim!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
