It depends on her height and weight and whether she exercises, but I'd say roughly 2000 calories!.
1500 if she is really small or if she is trying to lose weight - no less than that!.

At your age, restraining calories is not advisable!. You will slow down your metabolism for ever!. What is advisable, is to eat healthy!. That means: no pizza, pasta, sweets, sugar, sodas, fried foods, breaded foods, hamburgers, etc!. I would advise you to make a habit of eating many fruits, salads, fish, chicken, eggs, milk, yoghurt, and eat pasta, pizza or sweets once a week, that way it is easier to control it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
