My little cousin is 13 and weighs about 145!.09 pounds(65!.95 kg)!. Shes a girl height of about 5!.1/2!.Is she over weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just a number,numbers is very important and yes that is overweight!.Please as a adult help her loose weight so later on in life her life could be a lot easily!.At this rate it may look like she will be obese unless something isn't done!.Plus having to go thorough high school with people commenting on her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
