How do you find the motivation?!


Question: How do you find the motivation!?
How do you find the motivation and will power when you have a lot of weight to tackle and you look at yourself in the mirror and feel disillusioned because it will take a long time to get all the pounds off!? Any tips on sticking to a diet !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Set short term goals like I want to lsoe x amount of pounds by a certain date, reward yourself when you achieve that goal make it a non food reward like a shirt, bath stuff, candles,something small!. Keep focused on how good it will feel to hit that big goal and plan a really big reward like new clothes for when you reach that big long term goal!

Set smaller goals!. Looking at the big picture can often, not just in this area, cause us to feel overwhelmed!. So just focus on the couple of pounds you want to lose this week, or the 8-10 pounds you want to lose in this coming month!. You can even set smaller goals just for the following day - "I am going to try to walk for 30 minutes tomorrow"!. Accomplishing these goals, no matter how small, is very uplifting and motivating!. If you keep track of your successes, you can look back at them when you feel like quitting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
