That's actually really similar to what I'm doing in this 6 week bootcamp program and people have lost like, 30 lbs in 6 weeks doing the program so YEAH it's beneficial!!

Make sure you eating lots of protien, lots of essential fatty acids and veggies and drinking at least 2 liters of water a day to make up for the work you're doing or else your body won't be able to keep up with you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
