Question: I am 21 years old and want to lose weight and have tried everything please help!?
I am 21 years Old, my son will be 3 in december i am currently around 160 pounds i mean i don't look bad to others but to myself i look horrible!. I want to weigh at least 130 but i have tried everything and nothing works can anyone please help me to lose weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

to start- work on your diet!. a good rule of thumb would be- if you wouldn't feed it to your son- why would you eat it!? leave out the fast food, and processed foods!. this will help immensely!.

take your son out for walks!. it'll tucker him out, and be beneficial to you!. try to walk for as long as you can, and try to go 3-5 times a week!. each week or so, add some more time to your walk!. pushing him in a stroller will also help you out!. it will add a little resistance!.

taking him to a park will be great!. not only will he love it, but you'll both bond with playing on all the equipment they have out there!. you don't have to do that every day- you can set aside one day a week for you guys to go out there and play all day!

start out slow- just a few days a week, and once you feel comfortable with that, add another day!.

the diet is the best thing to help!. keeping to fruits, vegetables and fresh meat and dairy will be best!. not to mention, doing these things now will help your son in the long run! he'll be taught how to eat correctly, and he won't be afraid of exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
