Question: How to lose my weight please help!?
ok i am 17 years old 5'9 and weigh 200 pounds and i wanna know a workout routine thats gonna help me lose weight and build arm muscle i dont wanna be a body builder but i wanna look in shape i wanna lose about 30 pounds i also wanna know how much i should run on a treadmill

I would start off by doing circuit training with weights!. This involves picking an exercise for each body part!. Do one set and quickly move to the next until you do them all, then repeat up to 3 times if your fitness level allows it!. This will build muscle but also keep your heart rate elevated so you are burning more calories!. Then you get jump on the tread mill and I would do 20 mins for starters!. Trying doing this 4 times a week coupled with a good healthy diet and you shouldn't have any problems!. Hope that helps!

Have you thought about getting a job!? (Part time or Full time) I got one where I'm moving stock, and in 2 weeks I dropped 5 pounds!. So, not only are you dropping weight, but making money!.

All try the Biggest Loser videos!. They are really good work outs!.

For the treadmill, make sure you warm up first!. Start with 5 minutes!. The next day, dump it up another minute, and another the next day, and so on!.
