A decline bench press is supposed to work your lower pecs to make them stronger!. if you are feeling a burn in your abs, you're either using too heavy a weight or you are using bad form!.

If you are trying to lose weight, cardio coupled with a sound nutrition plan will be your best bet, along with a weight training plan for total body fitness!. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn while doing nothing!.

Leg lifts will work your lower abs to make them stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the Incline bench!. head higher then feet!. grab a bar at the top or take a rope tri tool with you!. Also do 30 reps X 3 of bicycle movements on a mat!. Hanging straps leg raises, front and both sides!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only way to loose that little pooch is to exercise and lower your body fat percentage!. You can't target weight loss!. It's not easy, but it takes time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
