What is the optimum body fat level for females?!


Question: What is the optimum body fat level for females!?
Hi there,

I am 27 years old, 162cm, and weigh 62-63kg!. I do a lot of weight training and cardio and am just wondering what the best 'healthy' bodyfat level would be for someone like me!?

Essential Fat: 10%-12%
Athletes/Body Builders: 13%-17%
Fit/Lean: 18%-24%
Average: 25%-29%
Overfat: 30%-33%
Obese: 34%+

So 18%-24% would probably be optimal and the acceptable range is 13%-29%!.

It,s depends by your genetic!.By what kind of shape you have!.There are some body shapes:pear,cylinder,thin,etc!.
If you are like a cylinder,with fat on belly than that,s bad!.The abdominal fat for women is dangerous!.
It is not enough to do cardio,or what else exercises if you don,t go to massage,or you don,t do special exercises for that part of your body!.
There is a test who mesure the fat level on diferent parts of your body!.Ask your MD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
