I am too skinny...what can I do to gain weight?!


Question: I am too skinny!.!.!.what can I do to gain weight!?
I am too skinny I dont like it at all!.!.!.I had a baby 11 months ago and all my weight is leaving me!.!.!.I want to gain weight what can I do!?!.!.I dont have time to work out barely enought time to eat!.!.!.Is there any pills to help me gain weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to gain weight and keep control over how much you gain is to increase the number of calories you eat without increasing the amount of food!. This way you get the extra intake without your body becoming used to larger meals and when you reach your target you can start taking out some of the higher calorie foods as you go!.
Try using butter or a full fat olive oil spread instead of low fat ones, salami with tomatoes and a chunk of bread and butter is a delicious lunch and packs a shocking number of calories!.!.as do small pies and sausage rolls!. have full fat yogurt instead of low fat, the same with milk, and try to get a couple of your five a day from the more fattening fruits such as bananas and avocados!. Make sure that you have at least one snack a day ready to be enjoyed whenever the baby decides to go to sleep!.!.beans on buttered toast, a bowl of soup and a sandwich!.!.whatever you can prepare quickly and sit down to, allowing yourself at least ten minutes relaxation after eating!. You will find yourself eating at odd times but as the baby gets older and you eat your meals together this will be sorted out!.
Finally,if you have not done so already then go to your doctor and have your hormone levels checked out, it is a simple blood test and should be done if your weight behaves oddly, especially after pregnancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem, with one difference: I'm 16, I haven't had a baby and I've had the same problem for many years!.
I've managed to gain some weight eating tons of peanut butter, but it's not very good for your health!.
I've been told that eating a lot of cheese and milk, not much but very often, can help you gaining a little weight!.!.!.well it didn't work for me, but it might work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about pills, but eat alot of calories, eat alot of chicken, fries and burgers, those foods have alot of fat!. And try not to exercise!. Im doing this because Im trying to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
