Question: Calf muscles keeping me from losing weight!? Help!?
I'm 24, and about 80 pounds overweight!. I really want to be healthy, I try like crazy to work out, but I find that when I walk or run, my calf muscles get so tight and hard that it is excruciatingly painful!. I carry all my weight above my waist, so it feels like the only part of my body that gets a workout is my legs!.!.!.!.which is where I dont want the workout!!
