If i eat lots at night but stay within my daily calories, will this affect weigh!


Question: If i eat lots at night but stay within my daily calories, will this affect weight gain!?
Answers:
Yes, you will gain!. If you eat after 7 or 8pm your metabolism just stores it!. Since your body is not running so to speak, ithe food is not being used as fuel so it is being stored!. Especially pasta/carbs!. Avoid those after 7pm unless you plan on goiing to the gym before bedtime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on the time!. A lot of dietitians and doctors will say do not eat anything after 7 or 8pm!. Although Im not 100% sure of the reason I have been told that's when your body starts to metabolize what you've eaten
