Has anybody got any diet regime that they swear by?!


Question: Has anybody got any diet regime that they swear by!?
I've tried loads of different diets and none seem to stick, I have pretty bad will power and I need something I can stick to easily, I seem to gain most of my weight on my butt and thighs which I find hard to get rid of, I need help!!

I'm going to tell you what has worked for me, and your answer will not be found in a specific diet plan! First you must clean out your kitchen get rid of junk food, sweets, sodas, anything that is unhealthy oils and what not! Replace the bad foods with good foods rule of thumb most grocery stores the best place to shop is the perimeter of the store where the fresh veggis, fruits and meats are! Stock up on lots of fruits and veggiest I use a lot of boneless skinless chicken breast, trukey breats meat, ground turkey and fish!. Use Extra light virgin olive oil for cooking, or if you the the spray Pam lite is pretty good!. Make sure you read the backs of the lables when buying dressings for salads just because something says lite doesn't mean its good for you! Check the sugar content, carb content and such! Salt is a no no cause it makes you retain water! So find a salt substitue and use seasonings to season your food and give it flavor like garlic powder and etc!. Drink LOTS of water!!! I drink water only except for one cup of coffee in the morning! Use egg whites for breakfast sometimes!. Multi grain bread vs white bread it better!. Do some online research about zero calorie foods and use them for snacks! Find a sugar substitue you like myself I use Splenda its just my personal preference!.
Get in some exercise everyday start off slow and work your way up! Get plenty of rest at least 8 hours a night!

Weight watchers seem to work for most people, and of course, excercise!. The older I get, however, I see that people are pretty much born with body types, and no amount of excericise or diet really changes that!. Also watch what you drink!. People tend to forget about that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being too heavy is not just what you eat, it is at least as much what you don't do!. If you are committed to weight loss, you must both eat less and take more exercise if you hope to succeed!. There just aren't any tricks or quick fixes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
