Question: Im overweight!. I need to loose wight!. How can i stop the late night craving of something sweet!?
Answers:
Drink A LOT of water when ever you get a craving like that!. Drink as much as you can and your belly gets full and you don't want to eat or drink anything else, I promise!.

The teeth brushing thing is just a distraction technique, and they work, if you can will yourself to head to the bathroom instead of the kitchen!. It takes 45 days to re-train yourself to a new habit (at least that's what I've read)!. So if you can just choose something, anything instead of the snacking and stick to it for a month or so!.!.!. you should be good to go!

Weight is a thing people always worry about!. If you do need to lose weight try eating healthier and working out!. When i am super hungry and about to play a sport i focus on the sport and i am not hungry anymore!. When you eat your meals like you should try having something healthy but very filling for dinner so that way you won't have a tough craving!. I understand the sweet tooth, just after dinner have one cookie!. Just one, because you will fulfill your sweet tooth somewhat and be able to burn it off!. It's about your will power and breaking a habit!.

So to make "breaking of a habit" easier, make sure you eat descent meal for dinner!. (you can reduce the amount later on)

If you are satisfied, there is more chance that you can fight off the urge to eat dessert!.

Don't think it'll be easy!. Sugar is very addictive and very tempting!. You just have to focus on the reason why you want to lose weight!.

Have a picture up near the kitchen or where you will be!. A picture of what you want to look like, or someone who you got inspired to lose weight!.

Once you break the habit, then you can look at controlling what you eat and eat more healthy food!.

Sugary food is a treat that should happen once a week if not less, if you truly want to lose weight and be healthy!.

Replace snacks with fruits instead!. I had mango the other day and it was so sweet and heavenly!

But first, break the habit!.

Be strong! You can do it!

what i did is make my own oatmeal cookies!. get a good oatmeal cookie recipe and then make some substitutions like Egg Beaters instead of eggs, applesauce for part of the shortning, add foods that are filling but good for you like raisins, a few nuts!. Substitute part of the white flour for whole grain flour!. Anyway, the end result is a cookie with some real substance to it that isn't as bad as the traditional one!. Oats are good for you!. Then you can have one of your homemade healthy cookies and a small glass of milk!. Give it about 10 minutes to make sure your stomach knows there is food in there and it really helps!. These cookies are pretty tasty though so be careful not to just keep eating one after another!.

You need to stop thinking about food!. I had the same problem as you!. And I just stoped thinking about it and with shier will and derterminaton you should accomplish what you desier!. It's hard trust me but not impossible!.And to loss weight go do some running and do abdominals!. Eat helathy and stop eating fatty foods!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

drinking tea always helps me, but the best way to not snack at night, is to just go to sleep (trust me on this one)!. then when you wake up in the morning, you are genuinely hungry for breakfast, and you have more energy throughout the day!. sleep is basically the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat meals when they're planned and after dinner and dessert, brush and floss your teeth! After you brush and all, you wont want to eat something again because you wont want to have to re-brush your teeth! It totally works for me!. i am exactly the same way! i find that if i eat lots of celery or jicama that fills me up and i dnt want anything else!.!. or!.!. suck on a lollipop!.!. it will help ur sugar craving and by the time ure done with it ull forget u wanted sweets!!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to will yourself not to give in to the craving, and you may have to do this for a few weeks!. But then the craving will not be so strong and will not return as often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a healthy breakfast!. Eat lunch, and then eat a nice supper!. If you need something sweet, eat fruit or yogurt!. Don't eat anything large after 6!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
