In a nutshell, exert more energy than you put in, and you will loose weight!. So eating less, while excersising would mean your burning more calories than putting in!. Although you HAVE to eat! Cut out crap! No soda/fast food/junk food!. And exercise! Take a walk, take a jog, play a sport-- even if its informal with friends at the park!. Stay active!.
